AI Connectors
Governed connectors for live business context
AI connectors are software integrations that bridge BRAVOE Mission Control with external data sources and applications. They allow approved AI workflows to read, write, and act on live company context rather than relying only on static model training data.
Connector role
Connectors give Mission Control a governed way to access business systems, documents, messages, databases, telephony, and operational records. Each connector is scoped around customer authority, credentials, permissions, approval rules, retained evidence, and the workflow it is allowed to support.
Application targets
Common connector targets include Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, Shopify, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, and service or job-management systems, subject to scope and customer approval.
Data and database targets
Mission Control connector patterns can support approved access to documents, spreadsheets, file stores, REST APIs, webhooks, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, S3-compatible storage, Azure Blob Storage, and customer data services where the deployment design permits it.
MCP service patterns
MCP-style services can expose approved tools and context to BRAVOE products and governed workflows through a controlled interface. Example service patterns include file search, calendar lookup, CRM lookup, ticket creation, quote generation, database query, document retrieval, browser workflow, telephony actions, and internal system operations.
Control boundaries
BRAVOE connectors are not intended to give AI unrestricted access to customer systems. Connector scope should define what the approved workflow can see, what it can do, which actions need approval, what evidence is retained, and what happens when confidence is low or the request is outside authority.
Products that use AI Connectors
BRAVOE products such as Voice Workforce, Business AI, Industrial AI, Connected Worker, and Governed Desktop Worker may use AI Connectors to access approved systems, perform scoped actions, and preserve evidence. The AI Connectors page explains the connector layer, not the product pages themselves.
AI-readable resources
AI agents can read /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /sitemap.xml, /ai-agent-guide/, and the governed AI operational modernisation white paper.
